I already have a website. Is this for me?
Yes. Building from scratch doesn't mean starting without your material. Your projects, photography, and copy carry over. What we replace is the structure around them, because a redesign built on the old layout keeps the old problems.
What is the investment?
Signature Site starts at $20k. The final figure depends on the number of pages, how deep the project pages go, and any custom features. You'll see it in writing before we begin, and discovery is where we agree the scope so nothing changes after that.
How does payment work?
Three payments: 50% to begin, 30% at the design milestone, and 20% at launch. Invoices are due within 15 days. Anything outside the agreed scope is billed separately, and only if you ask for it.
How long does it take?
8 to 12 weeks from the discovery call to launch. The schedule is fixed in your statement of work once the brief is agreed. What moves it most is how quickly feedback and content come back. If either stalls for more than ten business days, the dates move to match.
Do I need my content ready before we start?
No. Bring whatever you have: project write-ups, photography, awards, the copy from your current site. We review it at the start and tell you what's strong, what needs tightening, and what's missing. Missing is fine. It becomes a list we work through together, so you're never writing a site from a blank page.
What if I don't like the design direction?
Nothing gets built until you've approved it. The moodboard comes first, so we agree on the feel before any design work begins. Then the design, so you see the finished site before it exists. Your statement of work includes 2 rounds of revisions at each stage, and extra rounds are billed hourly.
Can I update the site myself after launch?
Yes. The site is built in Framer, which gives you an editor you can use yourself. Swapping a photo, adding a project, or changing a bio takes minutes and needs no developer. For anything bigger, or if you'd rather not think about it, SiteCare is our monthly retainer for updates and support. It's optional, and we recommend it.
