Our Process

Our website projects begin with discovery—gathering requirements, understanding your goals, and crafting a clear design brief. We then create wireframes and mock-ups to visualize the user experience and ensure everything aligns with your vision.

Once approved, we move into development, followed by thorough testing and final tweaks. This streamlined process ensures a smooth, impactful launch that brings your online presence to life.

FAQs

Why architecture firms specifically?

Architecture is the art of first impressions built in space. We think the same way, in pixels.

You already know restraint is a design choice, not an absence of one. That's not something we have to explain to you the way we would to most clients.

Most firms ship the website last and cheapest. The building gets a year of thought. The website gets a template and a weekend.

Why not just use Framer or Squarespace ourselves?

You could. The tools are good enough now that anyone can publish something.

But you're not selling a website. You're selling judgment, on a $2M renovation or a ground-up build. A DIY site sends the opposite signal before a client reads a single word.

Every hour you spend dragging blocks around is an hour not spent on the work that actually bills. We've already made the mistakes on someone else's site. You get the fixed version.

What's the investment range for a project?

Projects start at $15K. Most land well above that.

We're not the cheapest option, and that's on purpose. Cheap gets you a template with your logo on it.

Quick call first, then a discovery survey. We come back with a proposal: process, timeline, investment.

How long does a project take?

Most projects launch in 8-12 weeks, start to finish.

Discovery and design take the first half. Build and revisions take the second. We move fast because we only run three projects at a time — yours isn't sitting in a queue behind five others.

How do you handle revision and feedback?

Two structured rounds, built into the process. Not endless back-and-forth.

You'll see the direction early, not just the finished thing. Fewer surprises, fewer rounds needed. When feedback comes in, we ask why before we touch anything. A button moved for no reason isn't feedback. It's guessing.

Will I be able to edit the site myself once it's live?

Yes. Swap a project photo, update a bio, change a phone number. You don't need us for that.

Framer's built for it. We'll walk you through the parts you'll actually touch, not the whole system. Anything structural, the layout, the logic behind it, that stays with us. You run the content. We run the architecture.

What happens after launch?

Launch day isn't the finish line. It's when the site starts working.

Browsers update. Fonts break. New projects need adding. SiteCare covers all of it, so the site looks as sharp in year two as it did on day one. No firm on retainer with us has ever had to think about their website again. That's the point.
