What does SiteCare include?
Every plan includes hosting and your Framer plan, backups, uptime monitoring, domain and SSL watching, fixes and support, and a monthly checkup and report. Standard makes the checkups weekly and adds content management and 2 new project listings a month. Premium adds 2 blog integrations a month, on-page SEO for blogs, and a quarterly review. New pages, new features, and design changes sit outside every plan, and we quote those before we start.
Do I need SiteCare?
No. It's optional, but we highly recommend it. A website doesn't stay finished. Projects get added, links break, and a small problem can sit unnoticed until a visitor finds it. SiteCare catches those things and handles them, so your team doesn't have to. You can look after the site yourself in the Framer editor, but that's time taken from your projects.
What is the investment?
SiteCare has three plans: Basic at $600 a month, Standard at $1,200, and Premium at $1,800. Every plan includes your hosting and Framer plan, so there's no separate bill. We recommend Standard for most firms. Your price is agreed before we begin and doesn't change without your say.
How quickly do you respond?
Every request gets a response within 1 business day. When we reply, we tell you what the change involves and when to expect it. If the site goes down, monitoring alerts us, so we usually know before you do.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my site?
Yes, with 15 days' notice. We hand over the project, access, and backups, and you move the site to a Framer plan of your own. Your site stays yours, nothing is locked in, and you can come back whenever you like.
Does SiteCare cover hosting and my domain?
Hosting, yes. The Framer plan that runs your site is part of every SiteCare plan, with no separate bill. Your domain stays yours: you register it in your own name, so you always control it. We watch the domain and your SSL certificate, and we'll flag a renewal before it catches you out.
Can I add SiteCare to a site you didn't build?
Yes, if it's built in Framer. We look at the site first and tell you plainly whether we can take it on. If it's built on something else, we'll say so and point you in the right direction.
